Also bei mir kommt Sound & das Popup (nur an der falschen Stelle)
Das verlinkte Bild http://www.xup.in/pic,53162377/01.PNG existiert nicht mehr bzw. wurde falsch verlinkt!

Es fehlt das beginnende DIV, damit es auch an die richtige Stelle erscheint. Die navbox.community.php aus dem Download lädt das Template misc/popup_com.htm, welche im Download Fehlerhaft ist. Versuche mal die aus dem Anhang.
Die Positionsangaben sind von meinem Popup, kannst Du Dir anpassen:

Die untere Positionsangabe kannst Du ruhig lassen, damit habe den Sound nur außerhalb vom Bildschirm geschoben, damit man den Player bei Opera & IE nicht sieht.
